Massage Therapy AAS

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree Requirements
The technical courses required for the Massage Therapy program begin every fall (day) and winter (night) term. See the courses are required for an AAS in Massage Therapy (PDF).

Students wishing to enter the program may take LMT 095 and demonstrate successful completion of the following courses or receive the associated minimum placement scores or coursework:

Reading: 43  Writing: 43 Numerical Skills: 48  Elementary Alg: 27	Reading: 84 Writing: 71 Numerical Skills: 49 Elementary Alg: 21	WR 65, 75 or 95 MTH 20

Advising Notes:

1. Students who do not have minimum scores or are entering when the massage program is full may take the non-LMT technical courses for which they have the prerequisite skills.

2. LMT courses carry an addtional course fee of $88/per credit which is added to COCC tutions per credit costs. 

3. Due to the time, cost and other requirements of this program, students should meet with the program coordinator prior to beginning classes.
